Referral Program Terms & Conditions

These Referral Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the OMARA Cosmetics waitlist referral program (“Program”) offered by OMARA Cosmetics LLC (“OMARA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through omaraskin.com. By participating, you agree to these Terms. Participation is optional and does not require a purchase.

1. How the Program Works

An eligible waitlist subscriber may receive a unique referral link. Share your link with people who may genuinely wish to join the OMARA waitlist. A referral is credited only when a new individual uses your unique link and successfully completes the required waitlist registration, and the signup is recorded and validated by our referral system. Simply clicking a link does not count as a referral.

2. Referral Milestones

Milestones are cumulative unless otherwise stated. Status and access benefits are subject to the actual Program features available when earned. No milestone guarantees a free product, monetary prize, invitation, admission, or other item unless OMARA expressly confirms it in writing.

3. Eligibility

Participants must be legally permitted to participate under applicable law and must provide accurate signup information. The Program is intended for individuals who can lawfully subscribe to OMARA marketing communications. Additional age, geographic, or promotional restrictions may apply to specific experiences or rewards and will be disclosed when offered. OMARA employees, contractors, and their immediate families may be excluded from reward eligibility where necessary to ensure fairness.

4. Qualifying Referrals and Restrictions

A qualifying referral must be a genuine, new subscriber who voluntarily signs up using the participant’s unique referral link. OMARA may exclude duplicate accounts, previously registered subscribers, self-referrals, disposable or invalid email addresses, bot-generated registrations, fraudulent signups, and registrations that fail validation. Referral credit is subject to our system records and reasonable review.

Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, purchase fake signups, misrepresent your relationship with OMARA, or share links in ways that violate applicable laws or platform rules. Do not submit someone else’s email address without their permission. A referred person must make their own signup decision.

5. Rewards and Communications

Milestone messages may be delivered by email. Rewards involving access, invitations, or experiences depend on availability, scheduling, eligibility, and other details communicated when offered. Founder surprises are discretionary and are not guaranteed to every eligible participant. Unless OMARA expressly states otherwise, rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Taxes, if any, are the recipient’s responsibility.

Participation in the referral program is optional. Subscribers who do not refer anyone may still receive OMARA’s regular waitlist and brand communications, subject to their preferences. Participants can unsubscribe from marketing messages using the link in our emails; doing so may limit our ability to deliver Program updates or invitations.

6. Changes, Suspension, and Termination

OMARA may reasonably modify, pause, or discontinue the Program, including its milestones and future benefits, to address operational needs, fraud, legal requirements, or other legitimate reasons. We will provide notice when required by law. Changes will not be applied retroactively in a manner prohibited by applicable law, and any specific benefit already confirmed by OMARA will be handled in accordance with its stated terms and applicable law.

7. Verification and Disqualification

OMARA may review referrals, request reasonable verification, correct tracking errors, remove invalid referral credits, or suspend participation for suspected abuse. We will exercise these rights reasonably and consistently with applicable law. Technical errors, service outages, and tracking limitations may affect attribution; contact us if you believe a valid referral was not recorded.

8. Privacy

We process subscriber information, referral links, referral counts, and milestone status to operate and secure the Program. Referral participants should not disclose other people’s personal information without authorization.

9. No Purchase Necessary; No Endorsement

No purchase is necessary to participate. A participant’s referral or recommendation is their own communication, not an official statement by OMARA. If you post about the Program and receive or may receive benefits, disclose that connection clearly where required by advertising and endorsement laws.

10. Applicable Law and Consumer Rights

The Program is operated by OMARA Cosmetics LLC in the United States. These Terms are subject to applicable law and do not waive any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
